Other Ways to Reach This Community

I check messages regularly and do my best to respond thoughtfully rather than quickly — a considered answer to a technique question is more useful than a rushed one. Response times vary by topic: plant identification queries and mordanting questions tend to take a little longer because I want to get them right. I'm based in Melbourne on Australian Eastern Time, and I generally reply on weekdays. If your question is detailed or involves a photo of your print, the message form is your best starting point. For everything else, the details here will point you in the right direction. Working hours are Monday through Friday, nine in the morning until five in the afternoon AEST. I support enquiries in English and welcome makers from every part of Australia and internationally.
